I love this cool contemporary looking rocking chair. The chair is a classic piece of collectible design created in 1948-1950 by the iconic American designer Charles Eames. The chair is known as the Rocker and has an elegant white glass fiber shell with a steel frame and wooden rockers at the bottom.
Contemporary furniture design doesn’t really get any better than this. Sometimes you can get lucky and buy them for a reasonable price at an auction. This one is found on Lauritz.com and is estimated at 5,000 Danish kroner (aprox. £500). Now that would look great on my front porch!
