LEGO Concentration Camps

Offensive Art from Iconic Toys

The awesome Danish nation has not lost their mind; this is not an official product from one of their leading companies.

This astounding LEGO concentration camp piece is actually from artist Zbigniew Liberia. It is fairly old but clearly still relevant. In all it consisted of seven different boxes.

Naturally, LEGO was not pleased that their product was used for such a piece and launched a lawsuit. Outrage and lots of bad LEGO PR ensued, and eventually the case was dropped.

Most recently, the Jewish Museum in New York purchased seven sets of this now-iconic work.
