According to OSIM, " iGallop takes its cue from hippotherapy, which believes that the movements of riding a horse are beneficial in improving cognitive skills, balance, posture and strength. Osim also claims that when the iGallop is used at faster speeds and intensities, more calories are burnt, resulting in fat loss and improved blood circulation.
