The police have all the fun in Russia with this all terrain off-road vehicles that are surely enough to terrify any criminal. I also love the smug expressions on the faces of the police--they look like Christmas has come early.

I am not sure how much of a jolly these vehicles are in everyday life, or if there is a massive criminal contingent that hangs out in forests of which I am unaware.
