Mosaics Made of Fruit

Artistic Apple Installations

These imaginative and funky art pieces were created for the annual Apple Festival in the southern Swedish city of Kivik. The creative force behind these fruity mosaics is Helge Lundstrom.

Lundstrom used 4 tonnes of real apples in different colors (75,000 pieces of fruit) to construct each of his juicy creations.

I wonder what they do with all those apples once the installations come down.

Implications - These artistic apple installations are vibrant in color. From the bright color of Granny Smith's to the duo-toned McIntosh apples, the fruity mosaics are the perfect piece to showcase the beauty of this sinful fruit. These mosaics are sure to draw in tourists worldwide who have a large appetite for this fruit.
