Markus Hofer in Bologna

Markus Hofer, an Austrian artist, has created a series of small-scale art interventions that despite their size, still have a powerful impact. His exhibit, entitled Interventions in Bologna was on display at Nosadella.due in northern Italy in May and consisted of some of the projects seen in the gallery.

You have to have a certain prestige in the art world in order to perform public vandalism and be able to get away with deeming it art.
