Stop Motion Urban Tours

See Brooklyn as Never Before with This Mesmerizing Stop Motion Video

Anyone who has done their fair share of traveling should have seen some memorable urban tours, but even the most seasoned world traveler has never seen an urban tour like this one.

This incredible stop motion video takes viewers on a tour of Brooklyn by way of 3,000 pictures edited together. The video, made to promote the Brooklyn Brewery Mash by filmmakers Landon Van Soest and Paul Trillo, begins on the Brooklyn Bridge following a cyclist before zipping through the parks, streets, storefronts and restaurants of the heavily populated division of New York City. The bouncy hip hop beats that complement the hypnotic visuals is credited to Noah Cunningham. For those who want to dig a little deeper into the stop motion urban tours, the filmmakers also released a shot breakdown video, showing how the effects were achieved.
