‘Pulp: The Movie’ is the first film that has its premiere exclusively on a game console’s online service, lending a lot of credence to the service as an entire entertainment package that goes beyond gaming.

The British indie film deals with a plot similar to that of Superbad; a group of nerds, including a comic book writer, get embroiled in a plot larger than any of them when they’re recruited by police to help stop a money laundering scheme. If the trailer is anything to go by, there’s plenty of dry British wit and ribald humor to be found throughout. Anyone with an Xbox Live account can check out the movie, which isn’t available anywhere else yet.
