Japanese-Infused Apartments

Shinsuke Kawahara is a Visionary & His Paris Apartment is Unbelievable

Artist, illustrator and designer Shinsuke Kawahara is far ahead of the times. He is a visionary and his art and life reflects his contemporary interpretation of time and space.

Kawahara's 17th century Parisian apartment is a majestic sight. The compact space boasts a tiny home within a home, exposed wood beams and an abundance of organized chaos. Kawahara's abode is Asian-inspired and features a Japanese style tented lounge area with bamboo accents. The home is also filled with Chevron hardwood floors, huge windows, cluttered living space and a tiny kitchen. This apartment is special because Kawahara purposefully staged his home with art, bonsai trees and ornate knickknacks.

Shinsuke Kawahara has a bright future ahead of him and his home is a reflection of his genius.
