Designer Jon Liow makes the bi-annual task of changing to daylight savings time a little easier for everyone with his Ambigu wall clock.
Though digital clocks seem like it has the easy way out, tapping furiously at the hour button to adjust the time, analog clocks require a simple, though tiny, dial that just needs to be rotated in one complete cycle. Unfortunately, these clocks are often hung up high, requiring people to climb up and down to adjust the time. With Liow's simplistic and ingenious modification, the Amigu wall clock, which has no numbers displayed on the surface, only ticks to mark the hour, only needs to be tilted in one direction to its dual-position hook.
By doing so, the entire clock is rotated one hour forwards or backwards without having to dismount the clock or turn any dials.
