Leather-Clad Architect Photoshoots

Ponystep Magazine's Star-Chitect Editorial is Full of Hides

The Ponystep Magazine's Star-Chitect editorial profiles architectural expert Peter Marino. Photographer Thomas Lagrande captured Marino in structural leather pieces only, an ode to Marino's penchant for strict detailing and angular styles.

Marino designs stores for the likes of Chanel, Louis Vuitton and Loewe. His passion for retail interiors is reflected in his reputable work and the way in which it has been eagerly received by Karl Lagerfeld and Marc Jacobs.

Star-Chitect's black and white images are matched with informative content. According to the dialogue, Marino sticks to certain stipulations when erecting his fashion-forward shops, "The ultimate store should have light, space, comfort and humor. It should be an environment you want to spend time in, not one where you can't wait to get out."
