Turkish Company Designnobis Presents the D-Eco Brick

Conceived by design consultancy firm Designnobis and Turkish professor and architect Haka Gursu, the D-Eco Brick is made from recycled water bottles, plastic cups and moulds.

Reminiscent of the popular classic LEGO toys, this decorative piece is eco-friendly and comes in two designs, which can cater to your stylistic needs. Using a mixture of ground-up plastic, Portland cement and chemical additives, these bricks are just as sturdy as your traditional brick. Designnobis also hires unemployed individuals to help make this product, and employees can then use them to build their own homes.

Just like the colorful building blocks many youth once played with, the D-Eco Brick is designed with protruding pieces that can be wall-mounted or flat pieces for your walkway or garden so you can snap them onto whatever surface you desire.
