The Courtyard House is a minimalist abode that marries concrete industrial materials with beautiful natural garden elements. Built by Areal Architecten, the 496 square-meter property is built around a garden courtyard. Living quarters stem from the central courtyard resulting in beautiful views from each corner of the house and copious amounts of natural light. The architects were able to create a living experience that blends indoor and outdoor spaces seamlessly.

The Courtyard House features a minimalist swimming pool and a surrounding well-kept landscape. The home is located in the rural community of Affligem, Belgium. A gorgeous golden field of wheat is located beside the home with green trees sprinkled around. This home does a great job of balancing the gray exterior of the home with the natural colors of the surrounding wilderness.
