On such occasions, the Magic Tray may be as praised as the cook and the dishwasher at the end of dinner, due to its capacity to carry things with an incredible grip.

The multilayer serving tray operates on the principle of magnetism, activated when the top and bottom panels press together as the platter is lifted by the handles. Part of Ryan Jongwoo Choi's concept incorporates a set of polypropylene cups, bowls and plates with ring-shaped magnet bases that adhere to the magnetic sheet beneath the plywood veneer. Even clumsy tips and tilts to the Magic Tray will see one's dishes fixed securely in place.
