Bicycles as Art

Josh Hadar's Moving Art

Sculptor Josh Hadar's Manhattan studio is located on Broome street in the trendy Soho neighborhood of New York City. Josh creates dynamic, moving works of art such as motorized bicycles in metal and glass. Each piece can be customized to an owner's physical size and whim. He uses materials such as nickel, gold, eel skin seats and aluminum to customize his bicycles and the prices range from $12,000 to $35,000. I like the bicycles as works of art and since I live nearby, I am thinking of swinging by the place to satisfy my curiosity.
