The various essential aspects of a boardroom have been combined in a single piece of furniture. Because of the integration of so many conveniences, the Collab Desk can become a fully functioning meeting spot amidst even an open-concept office arrangement.
To designer Alan Lu, it was important to give this table wheels, allowing it to be pivoted in its place and potentially rolled into a different room. A broad tabletop accommodates up to six occupied swivel chairs and broadens lightly at one end to present an accessible media drawer with a selection of cable sockets.
There's a wall installed against the short end of the Collab Desk that can act as a privacy partition for a cubicle-like environment. Alternatively it functions as a whiteboard and a projection screen for assistive visual communication.
