Reality TV Political Spawn

The Bristol Palin Lifetime Reality Show is Following After Sarah

As a controversial media figure, Bristol Palin caused quite a stir during the 2008 Presidential election when she was pregnant with Levi Johnston's child. As the pregnant daughter of Republican Vice Presidential nominee Sarah Palin, Palin received a lot of criticism. To set the record straight about her life and "intense media scrutiny that comes from her lineage," the Bristol Palin Lifetime reality TV show will focus on her journey from Alaska to LA and back again as a single mother.

With her most recent media firestorm, where she called out President Obama on being a bad father and not setting enough of an influence for his children by supporting gay marriage, the younger Palin seems to be capitalizing on her supposed re-found relevancy. Opting to go in the direction of reality TV and staying out of the political sphere, this is Palin's second reality TV stunt following her time on Dancing with the Stars.
