The Salt Tower in Budva, Montenegro by Enforma and AIM Studio is projected to open this year as an eco-friendly condominium. This unique design will have 95 percent of all of its apartments directly facing the south seaside and beautiful Budva beaches. The Salt Tower's exterior has prism-shaped elements that compare to the basic properties of salt. This tower will include a kindergarden, bank, restaurant, spa, swimming pool and aerobics gym. The architectural design will have a one-sided sloped roof that is common to many of the buildings in Budva, Montenegro. The company's objective is to design a building that would work around what Budva offers in terms of its scenery and historical background.
