'Dream:ON' May Be Able to Adjust Your Midnight Thoughts

'Dream:ON' is a free application for an iPhone that is experimenting with soundscapes and whether or not they can control one's dreams. A soundscape is a type of sound that is heard while one is asleep, and it uses that sound to shape a dream's theme.

Before going to bed, one must choose which soundscape they would like to hear while asleep. The choices range from Peaceful Garden to Wild West. The iPhone then detects when one is ready to hear the sounds by making sure their body has completely stopped moving. Once the soundscape has played, an alarm goes off and one is encouraged to write down their dream before they forget it. The application even comes with a dream journal to keep track of all your themed dreams.
