The Lily Donaldson Numero Tokyo editorial is yet another fashion shoot that showcases a colorful ombre hairstyle. In this case, the pink-tipped ends highlight the accent color used throughout the editorial. Pink may be the recurring theme, but it is balanced out by black and white stills that add a touch of sophistication to the otherwise youthful hair fad of the year.

Lensed by Chile-born, Canada-raised and New York-based photographer Nino Muñoz, the Lily Donaldson Numero Tokyo editorial is set to appear in the magazine’s April 2012 issue. Stylist Charles Varenne outfitted the British beauty in sculptural, form-fitting pieces from the likes of Givenchy, Balenciaga, Jil Sander and Prada. Hairstylist Diego Da Silva created the pink-dipped locks while Maude LaCeppe finished the looks off with barely-there makeup.
