Zieta Prozessdesign has expanded its inflatable steel creations to include an impressive selection of different furniture. What all began with the Plopp stool now includes pieces such as ladders, coat racks and light fixtures. These new pieces go even further than the original as well. Taking a page out of IKEA's notebook, select designs from Zieta Prozessdesign can be flat-packed for more economical and eco-friendly shipping.
For instance, Zieta Prozessdesign's Tatarak coat stand is not inflated when shipped. Instead, it is sent rolled up nice and tight for more compact packaging. Once it arrives, the coat stand can be inflated using a run-of-the-mill bike pump.
All of Zieta Prozessdesign's products are made out of steel sheets and inflated using FIDU: Freie Innen Druck Umformung (Internal Pressure Forming).
