The INNOVASUB Divephone, which is the product of the INNOVASUB designed by Mete Mordag and Mordag Design, is a unique stat tracker designed for divers on a budget. The design makes it easier and cheaper for divers to track their performance. The device comes in two models including sport and deep sea; the difference between the two being their depth limits. The sport model of the INNOVASUB Divephone can be used as far down as 246 feet while the deep sea version can function at depths of up to 984 feet.

The INNOVASUB Divephone can run two algorithms at once and is compatible with nearly all types of PDAs and mobile phones. Diving is still a niche sport, but it is great to see designers advancing the tech available for it. While designs such as this may never leave the concept phase, they do put pressure on manufacturers to innovate and cut prices.
