Urbanplunger Designs Building That Suspends From Other Structures

Those of you who haven't seen a completely suspended building before, rest your eyes on this innovative design for a hanging night club by Urbanplunger.

Urbanplunger, a young architectural firm, has created this stunning creation for the international Night Club Hotel Hong Kong competition. Built to accommodate Hong Kong's space constraints, this suspended building by Urbanplunger is actually hanging in the air, its weight completely supported by "wings" that rest on the buildings on either side of the structure. According to Evolo, the building acts as an "architectural parasite that leans on its neighboring buildings and uses their internal infrastructure."

Underneath the building there is a small green park with suspended lifts that will take people up to the night club level.
