While artists all over are investing their time and effort in inspiring works, the Levi van Veluw Creations brings back his childhood memories in an aesthetic manner.
Levi van Veluw's series titled 'Origin of the Beginning' brings back his days as a child in this self-portraiture. The artist created three life-sized rooms that are covered from ceiling to floor inch by inch in brown wooden blocks and slats. He used over 30,000 blocks and balls of wood and glued them one by one into the walls.
These rooms take inspiration from Levi's childhood bedroom signifying his attempts at gaining control of his life by gaining control of his surroundings. The Levi van Veluw Creations are truly a masterpiece and are a result of hardwork, patience and precision.
