A Sneak Peek at Marni for H & M Before it Debuts in Spring 2012

With so much attention received for its last and new upcoming collection with Versace, all eyes are on budget-friendly retailer H&M in anticipation for its next designer collaboration, Marni for H&M. The retail giant will be pairing up with designer label Marni for a collection of boldly printed and color-blocked garments in a collection offering the line at affordable prices for both women and men.

Consuelo Castiglioni is the creative mind behind the spring collection that embodies the spirit and look of the Marni label. Although the brand may not be as well known as that of the previous Versace collections, the brand is recognized internationally as being synonymous with luxury and fashion.

In addition to clothing, the H&M version of the collection will also include shoes, bags, jewelry and other accessories, but only time will tell how the Marni for H&M collection will do in comparison to the company’s past designer collaborations such as Versace, Stella McCartney and Comme des Garçons.
