Andres Gallardo Crafts Adoring Animalistic Accessories

Animals are continuing to strongly influence jewelry designs and Andres Gallardo's collections are no exception. Focusing more on wildlife than domesticated creatures, his creations boast some wild characteristics. The pieces also offer an element of affection as some of the animals seem to look up adoringly at its wearer.

Andres Gallardo's pieces include animals such as elephants, rabbits and panthers. According to his biography, "Andrés Gallardo has no formal jewellery training. His personal world of wild animals and out-of-context materials take shape intuitively, handcrafting every piece thru improvisation and meticulousness." Teaming up with Marina Casal, a Madrid-based graphic and textile designer, Andres Gallardo launched his own brand in 2010. Since then, he has been crafting stunning accessory pieces.
