The Nicholas Kirkwood Spring 2012 collection is inspired by the designer’s vacation to Bali in August. He came back inspired by the bright lights and floral patterns that are so prevalent in the country, and incorporated them into his newest designs.
“[It] was my first holiday since starting the business seven years ago,” explained Kirkwood. “And I came back wanting to do something more colorful and a little softer than before.”
The English shoe designer has created one of his brightest and most feminine collections yet. He also managed to incorporate kitten heels and somehow make them look adorable.
Prices range between $695 and $1266 and while that may be a little steep, the neon shades and floral patterns are right on style, so a pair of heels from the Nicholas Kirkwood Spring 2012 collection would be a great investment.
