Abstract Animal Toys

Noa Dotan's Family Matters Collection Helps in Therapy Sessions

The Family Matters toy collection was created specifically for family therapy sessions. Often it is both helpful and necessary to use 3D objects to further facilitate communication between family members as well as instigate safe, comforting and loving feelings that speed the process of healing and recovery through tough times.

Designed by Noa Dotan, a recent graduate of the Bezalel Academy of Art and Design, the Family Matters collection is a series of abstract animal toys that are relatable to both the therapist and his or her patients. By choosing their own Family Matters toy, each family member can express their emotions and feelings individually and within the group. It encourages open dialogue in order to strengthen interactions and connections in a playful yet neutral way.
