Platform Cowboy Boots

The JC x SGFC Emma Boot Takes on a Wild West Theme

Platform footwear is extremely popular now and cowboy boots are still holding strong in the fashion industry, so it isn't so odd that the JC x SGFC Emma boot has married the two to create something quite unique. When you keep in mind that statement fashion (especially shoes) have been put into the limelight lately thanks to superstar celebrities like Lady Gaga, it's surprising that high cowboy boots have not been experimented with much.

Designed by Jeffrey Campbell for Stolen Girlfriends Club's Spring 2011 collection, the JC x SGFC Emma boot complements the New Zealand-based label's Western theme. Of course, the abundance of Daisy Duke shorts and sheer fabrics ties into the sensual nature of the footwear itself.
