The Ferrari Eternita Captures the Crown at Ferrari's World Design Contest

I can't help but wish that I was one of the three designers behind the Ferrari Eternita concept. Not only did the three designers, South Korean design students Kim Cheon Ju, Lee Sahnseok and Ahn Dre, win Ferrari's World Design Contest, but they also created a kickass eco-friendly supercar that runs off of a hybrid hydrogen engine.

The Ferrari Eternita is one of the sleekest concept cars ever conceived and sits so low to the ground it is almost ridiculous. The design beat out nearly 400 other entries into the contest, which asked participants to create a "Ferrari of the Third Millennium." Cars entered had to be lightweight, fuel-efficient and come equipped with the most cutting-edge technology available. While Ferrari has no plans to create any of the concepts entered into its contest, it does plan on giving the winning team three-month internships at Ferrari's headquarters in Maranello, Italy.
