The Davison Inventionland Office certainly blows Google's headquarters right out of the waters with its workplace design. Quite literally, might I add, since part of its office actually resembles a pirate's ship. Like one gigantic theme park, this workplace is full of fun, light-heartedness and, most importantly, magic.

Located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, the Davison Inventionland Office, a product-development company whose inventions are sold in Wal-Mart, Target, J.C. Penney and other major brands, is decorated with colorful confections, a tree house, boot houses and even a flowing waterfall that conceals a secret office. It was designed to inspire and stimulate its great thinkers.

What I love most about the Davison Inventionland Office is the fact that the workers are still in shirts and ties.
