Made by advertising agency Leo Burnett in Spain, the Monkey Week ads take you through a musical journey. Each of the images feature an iconic song from one of the artists which then draws out a timeline of their rise to success. Madonna's "Like a Virgin" tells the story of the singer's struggles until this hit single. Just a quick scan across the image has told me that the icon lost her mother to cancer at age five and was forced to perform oral sex on two strangers when she was assaulted as a young girl.
