According to nogoodnikki, the webbed fingers tutorial is "[...] a fairly simple way to give yourself webbed hands for those days you just feel fishy." All you need is card stock, scissors, liquid latex (Brand X is recommended) and Q-tips. Then simply cut the card stock to fit in between your spread out fingers, apply latex in many coats and let it dry (baby powder helps). Then, once dry, your webbed fingers can be painted in any color or style you would like.
