Functional art is taken to a whole other level with Tom Sach's Remember Me Vibrator. The Remember Me Vibrator is modeled after Sach's actual thumb and is a fully-functional female, or male, pleasure device. It is also signed and engraved by Sach.
I am not much of an artist, so, needless to say, I am a tad bit confused about whether one is to use the Remember Me Vibrator or just display it. The asking price of $3,500 and the limited edition run -- only 12 are being made -- suggest the latter. However, the fact that it actually works and comes with a battery suggests the former.
At any rate, I'm leaning towards display, as Sach's signature could possibly become ruined with repeated use. (Yeah, I went there.)
