The Growler Jaguar E Type is 600HP Revamp of the 1961 Version

The Limited Edition Growler Jaguar E-Type will drop your jaw at first glance. This illustrious sports car was admired as the best-looking sports car when the Jaguar E-Type debuted in 1961. Today Visualtech, Bo Zolland and Rob Palm are combining their expertise to hand-build these one-of-a-kind machines.

The designers saw it will take six months to complete the Growler Jaguar E-Type and the first one will be seen around mid 2012. Those wanting to get their hands on this iconic automobile will have to fork over $700,000. The price may also go up depending on demand and availability.

Powering the Growler Jaguar E-Type is a supercharged 5.0-liter V8 that is seen in Jaguar's XKR. The engine pumps out a monstrous 600hp and with it's carbon-fiber body frame it will be able to achieve immense speeds.
