Dereck Diedricksen is not only handy, but also looking to make a profit with his 24 square foot home Gypsy Junker. The New York Times recently published what Diedricksen calls a hobby he partakes in while in his backyard.
The $3,000 tiny house just happens to be his latest project as he enjoys making tiny houses out of salvaged materials. 90% of the house was made with junk so this should be quite profitable for the young architect. The little home is quite cost effective and best of all, is eco.
