Changing Attire for Furniture

The Antoinette Lamp

Home furnishings are beginning to change their attire! For example, this Antoinette table lamp can change into several different 'outfits' depending on your mood. The lamp comes with a slender metal structure, inspired by mannequins, which becomes completely covered in patterned stretch fabric that slips off easily. For background, it was Marcel Wanders who introduced this fashion in home furniture with the Moooi Boutique concept, shown for the 1st time at Milan Furniture Fair in 2006. Moooi was a sofa system comes with up to 20 different sofa outfits.
