Ergonomics is the applied science of equipment design and the UK based company, Hugx, nailed the science when it comes to pet bowl innovations. But don’t just take my word for it, Hugx took home the 2008 New York Pet Fashion Week Lifestyle Innovation Award.
These creative and ergonomic bowls have an angle of 32 degrees which allows the food to always stay in the center. The bowls also have wide rubber “feet” which means they won’t scoot around the floor when your pet is famished and eats like there is no tomorrow, causing a normal bowl to slide around and food to go everywhere. They’re also perfect for pets who have to wear “Butch Collars” as the design of the bowl makes it easy for the healing dog to acquire.
Although the PFW site says, “The HugX 401 series® is a total re-think on dog dining”, the Hugx website markets these adorable pet dishes for dogs, puppies, cats, and kittens.
