'The Hills' Star, Whitney Port, Spins Off to New Show

The Hills was a spin-off of Laguna Beach, starring the same reality star, Lauren Conrad in both MTV shows. Now, a spin-off of the spin-off will air, following Whitney Port from The Hills to New York where she'll work at fashion PR firm, People's Revolution.

Port will become “bicoastal while working for fashion PR firm People's Revolution—and befriends a group of NYC gals (including socialite Olivia Palermo),” US Weekly scooped.

Radar Online says Port appears to be smarter than the girls in the previous two MTV reality shows, which could offer hope that the new show will offer a bit more depth. I haven't seen it, so I can't judge, but hopefully Port will demonstrate more professionalism when it comes to the pursuit of dream careers.
