The slits where the tabs go have to be cut with a utility knife but no glue or tape is required. It helps to prefold the tabs and crease the major folds before you assemble the cube figure. It's really easy to make - so much so that the templates don't come with any instructions because they are self-explanatory. Older kids will enjoy making their favourite character too.
