Italian designer Edoardo Carlino has created Hi-Can, a High Fidelity Canopy that features integrated flaps, ventilation along with a hi-fi system and a screen with DVD player. You can even surf the internet on a humangous screen from the comfort of your bed. Who needs to go the to the Cinema when you have iMax in your bed.
Implications - Not only is it better than the movies, it's probably better than most activities that require you to live your home. Personally, if I was ever lucky enough to get something like this in my house, I'd probably lose 80% of my friends. Television, Internet, and DVDs from the comfort of my own bed? I would cherish every minute of it.
