Sten & Lex is an amazing street artist from Italy. He had a show in London recently at the Pure Evil Gallery where some of these stunning black and white stencil artworks were exhibited.
I would love to get my hands on an original Sten & Lex piece. I adore the boldness and roughness of the images. They have a real street vibe about them. I especially like the series of famous faces, there are so iconic looking.
The pieces I saw at the show were very nearly 2 meters high, plastered onto these heavy metal plates and priced at around a grand (pound sterling) each. One of them would look amazingly cool leaned up against the wall in a warehouse space.
