You’ll never have to worry about sea-sickness aboard this fabulous cruise ship. Turkey’s Queen Elizabeth Hotel and Spa, which reportedly cost about $50 million to build, was built to resemble a harbour. The gigantic cruise liner is the main hotel, and then there are smaller villas, also designed as ships, docked about a collection of swimming pools.
I have to admit the place seems a little cheesy, however the 325-room hotel has all the luxuries; “a fitness center complete with saunas, Turkish baths, shock pools, steam rooms and Jacuzzis, a spa and wellness center offering a variety of therapies and treatments,” says the hotel’s web site.
The Queen Elizabeth Hotel is located in Göynük, between the Toro Mountains and the turquoise waters of the Mediterranean Sea.
