Jason Mraz Eats Raw on Myspace

In a post on his MySpace profile, Musician Jason Mraz shared a picture of his lean body in bikini briefs along with information on the food lifestyle experiment he's been doing since April 1st. What started as a short term diet relying only on raw and natural foods to support a friend who discovered he was diabetic, turned into a long term lifestyle choice.

Mraz shared that he now travels with a chopping knife and a cutting board, "Rather than rely on room service and overpriced restaurant versions of vegetarian cuisine, I shop at local grocers and eat my own delicious homemade meals. I start each day with a crazy ass Superfood Smoothie that most people refer to as, the Green Sludge." This green sludge contains things like Super Greens, Hemp Protein, Goji Juice, Coconut Water, Flax Seed Oil, homemade cashew milk, Raw Cacao, Bee pollen, sometimes a banana.

Mraz goes on to say that he will likely keep this up for a long time, "I don't crave any other foods anymore. Anything processed just doesn't seem real."
