Hydrogen-Powered Hyfish Flies at Speeds Over 120 mph

The Hyfish is a hydrogen fuel cell plane with jet wings to be able to fly over the remote hills of Bern, Switzerland. It performed "vertical climbs, loops and other aerial acrobatics at speeds reaching 200 km/h (~124 mph)."

Horizon spent 1.5 years to develop the plane that weighs 6Kg (~13 lbs) and measuring 1.2 meters long (~42 inches) with a wingspan of 1 meter (~39 inches).

Horizon plans to deliver high performance fuel cells to three more UAV development programs this year, hoping to produce record-breaking flights of 15 to 30 hours but not for market.
