Google AdWords Goes Pay-Per-Action (PPA)

Google Adwords new Pay-Per-Action program is currently in Beta. It allows advertisers to use a new text link ad format that looks like it's part of the publisher's page. So, people are much more likely to follow the link and that much more likey to become customers.

And advertisers will only be paying Google upon customer conversion - or whatever 'action' their payments are attached to. (ie. When credit card informatin is provided, thereby qualifying the lead.) Advertisers will not be paying for clicks or impressions using this model.

This new Pay-Per-Action program should also help reduce 'click fraud'. (And all us Trend Hunters know what that is, right?).

Interested in using the Pay-Per-Click program? Well if you're a US business you're in luck. Otherwise, sit tight, since it's still in Beta.
