NASA Broadcasts Beatles "Across the Universe"

NASA is going to broadcast the Beatles' hit song “Across the Universe” through our Galaxy to the North Star, the space agency reported. This will be the first ever broadcast of a radio song into deep space. It will take a long and winding road of 431 years for the signal to reach its destination, which is 2.5 quadrillion miles away. The event commemorates NASA's 50th birthday and has the blessing of Paul McCartney and Yoko Ono, the song's owners.

The song is expected to be broadcast from Madrid, Spain, on Monday night at 7:00 P.M.
