'Workflowy' is a free browser extension that enhances workplace productivity through helpful organization solutions. The application previously allowed individuals to quickly and conveniently take, and store, notes via the extension. Now, Workflowy released five new features as part of a large update.
The 'reflection' feature allows users to move parts of a bulleted list around to different lists and documents. However, this is not a simple copy and paste feature, as files that are moved via the reflection function will retain past editing logs. Secondly, Workflowy now supports color customization. This allows users to color-code notes based on importance, relevance, topics, or for any other reason. The three remaining features focus on organization and connectivity. These features provide opportunities for users to collaborate on notes, change the viewing format for their created notes, and also download and utilize official Workflowy templates.
