UGG X Claire Tabouret is a luxurious collaboration that bridges fashion and art, offering consumers the opportunity to uniquely express themselves in a way that's comfortable and seasonally appropriate.
The new collaboration boasts the term "wearable art" meaning the clothes are designed to be like living art pieces. Tabouret is a Los Angeles-based artist who contributed multiple designs for Ugg's Spring/Summer 2020 campaign. According to Tabouret herself, "In my own practice I am limited to the size of the canvas and what I can physically do with my body, but working closely with UGG I was able to gain insight into their process and work within a different set of rules. This challenged me to create something that could live outside of my studio or a gallery, that could be experienced in the public space.”
