High-Power Active Bookshelf Speakers

Kanto's TUK Grand Delivers 320W of Power

Kanto's TUK Grand is a powered bookshelf speaker system that packs 160 watts RMS (320 watts peak) into a two-speaker package, featuring a 6-inch aluminum woofer and a 28 mm x 35 mm Air Motion Transformer tweeter for fast, detailed highs. The system targets larger rooms and louder listening with onboard DSP and a cabinet tuned to extend bass down to 40Hz.

Connectivity mixes Bluetooth 5.4 with aptX Adaptive, AAC and SBC for wireless playback alongside USB-C audio up to 24-bit/96kHz, optical TOSLINK at the same resolution, and RCA analog inputs. A dedicated subwoofer output includes a selectable 80Hz high/low-pass filter, and Kanto offers three finishes: Matte Black with Gunmetal, Matte White with Aluminum and Matte Walnut with Rose Gold.

The TUK Grand aims to be an all-in-one hi-fi centerpiece that removes the need for separate amplifiers while still supporting growth with a subwoofer or turntable hookup. Its hand-polished veneers, laser-engraved aluminum cones and manageable footprint make it a design-forward alternative to floorstanding systems for consumers who want serious stereo without a rack of gear.
